These Member Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") apply to all users ("you" or "Member") who access and/or use the Mystic Lotus Psychic Chat platform for online psychic advice and services (the "Psychic Platform").

Mystic Lotus Psychic Chat provides a platform where members can connect with professional psychics for advice and services. Through this platform, members are able to ask questions, request advice, and pay for services provided directly by psychic advisors.

You are solely responsible for verifying a Psychic's identity, qualifications, credentials, and other information. Mystic Lotus Psychic Chat is not responsible for any such verification.

You acknowledge and agree that Psychics are neither employees nor agents nor representatives of Mystic Lotus Psychic Chat, and Mystic Lotus assumes no responsibility for any act or omission of any such Psychic.

Psychics are independent contractors, and as such, Mystic Lotus does not control the quality, relevance, or accuracy of any advice provided by a Psychic. Mystic Lotus does not determine whether a Psychic is appropriately qualified or categorized to provide the advice sought, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or relevance of any advice or information shared.

ANY OPINION, RESPONSE, ADVICE, SUGGESTION, PREDICTION, INFORMATION, AND/OR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDED BY ANY PSYCHIC IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

Psychic advice is not intended to replace any professional consultations, such as medical, legal, or financial advice. Mystic Lotus recommends seeking in-person consultations with qualified professionals for any serious matters.

Acceptable Use

By accessing and/or using the Psychic Platform, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

1. Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age. If under 18, you may not use or register for the Psychic Platform. Mystic Lotus reserves the right to immediately terminate any account if it believes a member is underage.

2. Accurate Information: You will provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and will keep it updated throughout the term of this Agreement.

3. Feedback Integrity: You will not manipulate the Member feedback rating system. Mystic Lotus may remove or exclude feedback that compromises its integrity.

4. Disruptions: You will not disrupt or interfere with Mystic Lotus servers, networks, or systems.

5. Unauthorized Access: You will not attempt unauthorized access to any systems connected to the Psychic Platform.

6. Prohibited Content: You will not upload or transmit any harmful, abusive, illegal, or objectionable content, including software viruses, Trojan horses, or malicious applications.

7. Impersonation: You will not impersonate others or make false claims regarding your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Harassment: You will not stalk, harass, or invade the privacy of any Psychic or Member.

9. File Transfers: You are responsible for scanning any file attachments sent via the platform for viruses before opening them.

Mystic Lotus reserves the right to review and amend any profile content and to remove any inappropriate content.

Modification and Termination of Services

Mystic Lotus may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Psychic Platform with or without notice. Mystic Lotus reserves the right to terminate any member’s participation at its discretion.

Fees and Payments

All interactions between you and a Psychic will be billed through the Psychic Platform. You agree to abide by the pricing terms agreed upon with the Psychic and to pay all fees incurred for services.

Payments can be made using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account linked to your Mystic Lotus account. You authorize payments for all fees associated with each transaction.

Refund Policy: All purchases or sales are final and are non refundable.

In-App Purchases and Credits: Mystic Lotus Psychic Chat allows members to purchase credits via the Google Play Store. Credits are non-refundable, as they are virtual credits. Credits don't expire and can not be transferred to another account or to another member or user. As long as the account exists the credits available can be used to pay for chatminutes. For more details on Google Play's refund policy regarding in-app purchases we advice you to consult playstore policies. By making a purchase, members confirm that they have a valid payment method linked to their Google Play account or are willing and able to connect a payment method to their google Play account. Members who repeatedly attempt to purchase without completing the transaction may have their ability to purchase credits temporarily or permanently disabled.

Privacy

Log-in Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

Permitted Disclosures: Mystic Lotus may disclose your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the platform's rights.

Third-Party Websites

The Psychic Platform may link to third-party websites. Mystic Lotus is not responsible for any content or terms of third-party sites.

Disclaimers

Mystic Lotus does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications of any Psychic or the accuracy of their advice. The Psychic Platform is provided "as is," and Mystic Lotus disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Links and Advertisements

The Psychic Platform may contain links or advertisements for third-party services. Mystic Lotus is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Lotus shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Psychic Platform, including, but not limited to, any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if Mystic Lotus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mystic Lotus, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Psychic Platform, violation of this Agreement, or any third-party claims related to your actions.

Mystic Lotus respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on the Psychic Platform in a manner that constitutes infringement, please contact us at service@mysticlotus.pro with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Mystic Lotus reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Mystic Lotus Psychic Chat platform, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

By continuing to use the Psychic Platform after any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the modified terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the platform and your access will be terminated.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Almería, Spain.
